SUGGESTED REHEATING INSTRUCTIONS thanksgiving 2023

 

Classic Smashed Potatoes with Crispy Shallots

On stovetop over medium heat, stir often adding ¼ cup milk or chicken stock to thin out if needed.  Warm shallots in 450 degree oven for about 10 minutes, until crisp.  Place on top of potatoes.

 

Mixed Mushroom Sourdough Stuffing

From room temperature, place in 350 degree oven, covered, for about 45 minutes until warm in the center.  Remove cover, turn up temp to 450 degrees and heat until golden brown on top, about 15-20 minutes.

 

Chorizo & Apple Cornbread Stuffing

From room temperature, place in 350 degree oven, covered, for about 45 minutes until warm in the center.  Remove cover, turn up temp to 450 degrees and heat until golden brown on top, about 15 minutes.

 

Cauliflower Gratin

From room temperature, place in 350 degree oven, covered, for about 15 minutes.  Remove cover and bake for another 10-15 minutes until bubbling.  

Sweet & Spicy Roasted Brussel Sprouts

From room temperature, place in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for about 20 minutes.

 

Pomegranate Glazed Squash

From room temperature, place in 425 degree oven for about 10-15 minutes, until warmed through.

 

Butternut Squash Soup

On stovetop, over medium heat, bring to a simmer, stirring occasionally until desired temperature.

 

French Onion Dip

From room temperature, heat in 350 degree oven covered for about 15 minutes, until top is light golden brown.

 

Apple Rosemary Cocktail Mixer

Keep chilled.
