Moqueca (Brazilian Seafood Stew) Ingredients

Tomatoes, Coconut Milk, Shrimp, Hake, Onions, Bell Pepper, Garlic, Dende Oil, Habanero Pepper, Lime Juice, Salt, Cilantro

Suggested Heating:

On Stovetop: In a small pot, simmer on medium low for about 5 minutes, until desired temperature is reached.

 

In Microwave:  Heat for about 2-3 minutes, stirring in 30 second intervals, until desired temperature is reached.

Freezing Suggestion: Soup can be frozen for up to 3 weeks in an air-tight sealed container.

Crab & Scallop Enchiladas Ingredients

Corn Tortillas, Lump Crab, Sea Scallops, Guajillo Chilies, Ancho Chilies, Tomatoes, Shrimp Stock,

Monterey Jack Cheese, Queso Fresco, Onion, Garlic, Oregano, Salt, Black Pepper, Cumin, Canola Oil


Suggested Heating

In Oven: Remove Plastic lid and cover container tightly with foil. Place container on tray and put in a preheated 350 degree oven for 15-20 minutes, until heated through.

In Microwave:  Remove Plastic Lid and cover container with damp paper towel. Heat for about
3-5 minutes, until warmed through.

Freezing Suggestion: Remove lid and cover contents tightly with plastic wrap, making sure the
plastic wrap is flush against the food. Cover again with lid. Enchiladas can be frozen for up to 3 weeks.

 

Jambalaya Soup Ingredients

Tomatoes, Shrimp Stock, Shrimp, Hake, Basmati Rice, Onions, Bell Pepper, Celery,

Butter Poached Sole with Lemon Saffron Couscous Ingredients

Grey Sole, Butter, Couscous, Onion, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Lemon Zest, Saffron, Broccoli, Parsley, Olive Oil, Salt, Black Pepper


Suggested Heating

For microwave: Remove cover from container.  Drizzle 1 tablespoon of water on couscous. Cover with damp paper towel and heat for 3-5 minutes. 

For oven:  Remove  cover from container, drizzle 1 tablespoon of water on couscous and cover with foil.  Place container on a tray, in a 350 degree oven for 10-12 minutes.

Suggested Heating

For microwave: Remove plastic lid and drizzle 2 tablespoons of milk around the breadcrumb topping and cover with a damp paper towel.  Heat on medium power for 1 minute, stir and again in 30 second increments until desired temperature is achieved. 

For oven:  Remove plastic lid and place container on a tray. Drizzle 2 tablespoons of milk around the sides of the breadcrumb topping.  Cover with foil and place in a 350 degree oven for about 15 minutes.  Remove foil and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes.
